Who Moved My Cheese

Handling personalities during a change can be one of the most difficult aspects of a cohesive team. One of the most successful books in teaching how people react to change is, “Who Moved My Cheese”. The authors have identified the personalities most prevalent when change takes place in a way each viewer can relate and identify their own reactionary personality.
