The Seminar Evaluations

Presentation Slide

“I love change,“ said Monk, the obsessive, compulsive detective of television, “I just don’t want to around when it happens.”

This is a very accurate way people feel about change. The automobile eventually replaced the horse once people overcame the fear of sitting in a mechanical vehicle. ATMs gained acceptance after proving themselves to be acceptable. Direct deposit, once feared, has become the main way people are paid. All of these were originally feared but once experienced, the change was appreciated.

Instead of focusing on the change, the key to rolling out change is to clearly connect people to a clear vision of life after change.

Use this to add some humor in your next session about change.
