There is no doubt that generations have different work
ethics and benefit expectations. To be an employer of
choice it is necessary to understand that just as
contemporary management has been successful at
replacing traditional management work cultures, benefit
packages and work place policies need to be updated.

Benefit packages should always be modeled to attract and
retain employees that will have a long term impact on
employee retention.

Doing so allows a company to capitalize on the expense of
training employees while enjoying the rewards of having top
talent on their roster.
