Although Max is not really a
doctor some have referred to
him as "Dr. Max" due to the
approach he took to solve
business problems.

During his days as a consultant,
Max has a systemic approach to
enable solving core problems
instead of simply addressing
symptoms.

It involved first doing a full
investigation of the symptoms,
including identifying which
issues were symptoms and
which one was the root cause.

Then he did a complete
diagnosis of the business
problem he was asked to review.

Once he had unemotional
specifics he would prescribe a
remedy to improve or eliminate
impediments to maximizing one's
impact in their line of work or
business sector.

Although most consultants stop
there, as a "doctor" Max would
make sure he did a follow-up
visit to ensure anticipated results
were actually being delivered.

Sometimes it was necessary  to
do some tweaking of the
medication..

The Dr. Max pages relay some
of the work he did in the hopes it
will provide solutions to the
situations challenging others.
