STAGE 2: Ideal Candidate Profile/Search Assignment We create a customized search assignment based on the Ideal Candidate for the position.
STAGE 3: Search Strategy/Plan We outline a sourcing strategy with timelines for presentation of candidates.
STAGE 4: Candidate Presentation We present a candidate profile(s) to your company with matching criteria for how it meets the parameters of the search assignment.
STAGE 5: Client Interview Process You interview the candidates and we work in concert with you to narrow down to the search to the top tier candidates. We present final reference check information and you select your top candidate.
