touches you can do to push customer service to a new level.
Using the example of pickles on the side of a sandwich he
shows how old-fashioned customer service still works today.
Other examples are gift boxes, a shoe horn, or other add-
ons which are no longer freely given.

This is an excellent video for making a point about the need
for delivering
customer service without delay. Use it to begin
discussion about experiences people have had where a
customer was not provided with something they expected in
their pre-conceived value proposition.
