Have you ever been in a staff meeting, workshop, or seminar
where the speaker simply rambled on and on about nothing?
If you did not answer, “yes”, you must be very easy to please.

The truth is that many speakers do not know how to pay
attention to their audience. The faces of those being ill
always reveal the engagement of the audience. Although it is
true that not every member of the gallery will ever be
engaged, a good speaker can draw the attention of the vast
majority by simple face watching.
