When business is good companies grow, often quickly.
However once new procedures and equipment are in place
the added staffing is not needed.

This cartoon is a play on an old adage. In the cliché too
many chefs spoil the broth. Updated in the spirit of the
cartoon it could be said too many chefs spoil the bottom line.
