The business world understands change is required in order
to maintain competitiveness, adhere to best practices, or
take advantage of technology. But many companies
procrastinate change creating a situation where they may
have to adopt several changes at the same time.

Like with the executive above, too much change is a health
problem that can be very uncomfortable, or catastrophic, to
an organization.

Pace your changes and you will be able to handle change
much better.
