There is a vast difference in the view of qualified applicants for open
positions according to research from Beyond of King of Prussia,
Pennsylvania. After interviewing almost 4,000 recruiters and job seekers
they discovered 75% of the recruiters say they have trouble finding
qualified applicants for their open positions. This contrasts to 55% of job
seekers that feel they were unable to find a position because there are
too many qualified applicants competing against them.
Two potential explanations exist for the difference.
