In general the business world remains conservative. Although
being challenged by a desire of the new generations for self-
expression the overall attitude of many employers is to
prohibit things that might be considered a distraction in
customer service or business meetings where the individual
is representing the company.

When talking with an employee about their appearance it is
important to remember the conversation should have some
positives, especially if the person has a difficult personality -
like a bull. Even though your company may not approve of
piercings, tattoos, or odd shades of hair it is quite possible
the person will be highly offended and cause trouble.

The stereotyping of bulls herein is not intended to offend
anyone.
