Many from the baby boomer generation will relate to the struggle
to keep with tried and successful methods of the past and keeping
up with new ideas and technology.

As bar codes replaced price stickers and keying prices manually
into a cash register and as email eliminated the traditional “inter-
office correspondence” letters many struggled to embrace the
new technology. Sadly those that did not embrace change paid
for it with diminished career paths.

Change is constant and it is better to embrace it than to shy away.
