Almost every organization has somebody who wants to be
the leader it does not realize they already are one.  The
problem is this a leadership is not a position within their
department They are confusing leadership with
management.

Regardless of one’s position they are a leader in some
form.  Others watch their actions and, in some cases, would
change their behavior based on the actions of the person
we are observing.

Note the expressions of the other two geese.  The frustrated
goose has already shown its leadership ability –and not a
favorable leadership style..
