“What we have here is a failure to communicate.” These
words from the 1967 film Cool Hand Luke. It was referring to
the leadership of a prison in dealing with prisoners.

The use of this quote does not intend to compare employees
with prisoner, but the reality is that in many workplaces the
lack of meaningful communication can create an
environment where employees feel toward leaders that they
are being treated more as a commodity than contributing
members of the organization.

World-class organization is about excellent communication.
The important thing is to start communicating with the
understanding that the best communicators are always
working to improve.
